DoughRatio Bake Lab turns baker's percentages into a live, tactile workflow. Start in the Atelier with hearth, pan, and enriched formulas. Move to the Bench to reconcile poolish, biga, or levain against your target dough weight. Open the Timeline board to drag fermentation stages and schedule local bake cues. Dive into the Lab for flour-blend protein math, pan yield, unit conversion, and ferment temperature windows.
Everything runs on-device. Your formulas, timelines, and preferences stay on your phone. Optional local notifications remind you when the next stage is due — perfect when your hands are in the dough.

MIKHNO_DEV ("we", "us", "our") operates the mobile application DoughRatio Bake Lab ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App, published on Google Play under developer account MIKHNO_DEV.

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it (for example, via Android's share sheet when exporting a formula). We have no access to it.

The App does not request access to camera, microphone, contacts, location, or storage beyond its own app sandbox.
The App does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, social login, or cloud backends. Google Play itself may collect standard download and device metadata according to Google's Privacy Policy — that collection is governed by Google, not by us.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. If you believe a child has contacted us, please email gulianelfordly678@gmail.com and we will promptly address the concern.
All App data resides on your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing app data in Android Settings or uninstalling the App. Because we do not store your data on our servers, we cannot retrieve it after deletion.
Data is protected by Android's app sandbox. We recommend keeping your device OS up to date and using a screen lock. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but our offline-first design minimizes exposure.
The App is available globally. Because no personal data is collected or transferred to us, GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations generally do not require a data processing agreement. You may still contact us with any privacy question.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
